After graduating in Law at the Complutense University of Madrid, he completed a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Autonomous University of Madrid.

After his presentation to the state exam and before starting his professional career, he made the personal decision to go abroad to strengthen his second language, which allowed him to become part of a first professional office, specifically in the international department of foreclosures and out-of-court negotiations of foreign banks.

Graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, he studied the last year of the 1953 Plan, before it disappeared and the Law Degree was implemented.

As soon as he graduated, he became a member of the ICAM, becoming part of a law firm with a wide specialization in criminal law. From the very first moment, he had total autonomy to handle his own cases, being able to practice in chambers and having absolute freedom in dealing with clients.

Consequently, he has a high specialization in all branches of the criminal process, from the filing of the first complaint/complaint, through the full investigation of the case and formalization of the brief of provisional conclusions and ending with the defense of the client’s interests in the act of the Oral Trial, either exercising the defense or the private prosecution.
